About Us

One free Canberra bulky waste pick up per residence is available to concession card holders every twelve months.

To be eligible for this service in the ACT you must hold one of the following:

  • A current Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
  • An ACTION Gold Card
  • A Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card
  • A Seniors MyWay Card (held by people aged 70 years and over)
