Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise, now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
In the first session participants will learn the beginning movements of the form. Through these movements, participants will experience the gentle flowing nature of Tai Chi and its ability to positively affect your body and mind.
These sessions can be modified for people of all abilities.
