The Community Health Centre offers services aimed at assisting clients to better manage acute and chronic conditions in the community and closer to home, while reducing the reliance on hospitals.
The Centre provides a wide range of health services including needle and syringe outlet. Walk in for needle exchange. No general practitioner services. Services provided include: Adult Physiotherapy, Social Work, Nutrition and Podiatry, Maternal and Child Health, Child and youth social work and physiotherapy, Community Nursing, Adult and Child & Youth Dental, Cancer Counselling, Self Management Programs, Obesity Management, Community Rehabilitation, Falls Prevention, Mental Health (Adult, Day Programs and Child and Adolescent), Diabetes (Education and Nutrition), Pathology Collection (appointment only), Alcohol and Drug counselling and Community Paediatric.
The Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5pm. Closed on Public Holidays.
The Walk in Centre is open seven days per week from 7.30am to 10pm.
Please note not all speciality services are offered daily.
