About Us

Registered under NDIS to deliver -

We are a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This means that once your NDIS application is approved, you can choose Hit 100 as an NDIS service provider – meaning the disability services we provide for you will be covered by the NDIS funding.

Whether you want to improve your eating habits, lose weight, manage a chronic condition or receive some assistance when it comes to mealtimes – our qualified dietitians will support you to develop a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals. You can receive our dietitian coaching services from anywhere in Australia.

Dietitian Service

Face-to-Face Consultation

Our team of dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitians here to help you meeting your nutritional needs and goals and can provide advice on a range of conditions, including, but not limited to:

  • Weight loss
  • Weight gain and malnutrition
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Allergies and intolerances
  • Diabetes – Type 1, 2 and Gestational
  • Gastrointestinal disorders
  • General healthy eating
  • Hypertension

Shopping Tours

Our dietitians can take you on guided tours around your local supermarket, teaching you how to read a nutritional label and how to make the healthiest choices for yourself and your clients. We offer individual tours, tailored to your individual needs, goals and living situations, as well as group tours.

Group Education Sessions

Our dietitians can develop fun and engaging presentations catered to a range of learning capabilities. Talks can be one off or spread over a number of days or weeks. Some of the sessions we provide include:

  • Basics of healthy eating (for any age group)

  • Simple recipe modifications
  • Healthy eating on a budget

Training and education for Carer’s

In-service training and education sessions are the perfect way to ensure that all carers are up to date with the latest information on nutrition for those living with a disability. We can offer ‘train the trainer’ services where our dietitians train a small sample of team leaders who are then able to re-train other carers. We also offer training modules for staff inductions to allow new staff members to be up to date with the relevant nutrition education.

Cooking Classes & Meal Preparation

Our dietitians can assist with meal planning and preparation all tailored to your individual preferences, needs and budget.

Menu Assessment

We can provide menu assessments and reviews for group homes to suit the varied needs of all residents.
