Havelock Housing Association is a not-for-profit, Canberra-based Tier 2 Community Housing Provider, providing homes for people on low to moderate income and to those with special needs.
Havelock Housing Association has grown from just managing the Havelock House building (a boarding house consisting of 20 units accommodating 101 separate bedrooms) to being one of the ACT’s largest Community Housing Providers (CHP) with over 400 tenancies across nearly 200 properties. Havelock Housing Association is also currently the largest provider of housing for people with a disability in the ACT with approximately 200 tenants.

The Association is a community managed, non-profit organisation which provides housing for people on low to moderate incomes. A volunteer Board made up of tenants and interested people from the community manage the Association. Staff administer its day to day operations.
