MINOSA House is a short term crisis accommodation Service funded through the Community Services Directorate of the ACT. It provides supported accommodation for up to 3 months to single men aged over 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Residents engage in Case Management support to assist them to identify and overcome barriers that prevent them from achieving stable accommodation.

A supported accommodation bed for up to 3 months
Case management, including planning goals, providing you with support, information and advocacy in assisting you to achieve your goals.
Support to gain and transition into and/or sustain tenancies in public, community or private accommodation. Including filling in forms, gathering documentation, providing practical and material assistance
Help with living skills including budgeting, health, nutrition and personal care
Assistance in the development of social networks and giving you information about community events.
MINOSA House staff can offer referral to other support services including Mental Health, Alcohol and/or other drug related services, Doctors, Dentists, Counselling services, Employment and/ or training agencies.
MINOSA House can accommodate 6 residents in individual rooms. Residents have access to a communal lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities.
